The Hiranandani Group has donated a large community library space within the Hiranandani Gardens, Powai (Mumbai) to Udaan India Foundation (UIF). This NGO aspires to inculcate the reading habit in children from under privillaged situations. The Udaan Community Library follows the "Grow by Reading" Programme and attempts to bring relavant and meaning literature within the reach of children who cannot afford to buy books.

Hiranandani Upscale has also assisted in the development of the Middle School in Kazhipattur near our integrated community in Chennai. About 300 students are a part of this school.
